Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about memberships, payments, and using Method Channel as an athlete or fan.

Method Channel is an athlete platform where fans support their favorite athletes through memberships. Athletes can share exclusive videos, posts, behind-the-scenes content, and more, while fans get closer access and help sustain the work they care about.
Athletes can set up different membership tiers with their own prices and perks—for example early access to content, member-only videos, Q&A sessions, or training material. Fans choose a tier, get instant access to everything included in that tier, and can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. When a fan subscribes to an athlete, they are billed according to the plan they choose. Earnings are collected in the athlete's balance and can be paid out to their connected account according to our payout schedule.
Yes. Fans can cancel or change their membership at any time from their account settings. When you cancel, you keep access to the athlete's member content until the end of your current billing period. After that, your access will be removed unless you re-subscribe.
We take privacy and security seriously. Method Channel uses industry-standard encryption and trusted payment providers to keep your data and payment information safe. We never sell your personal data, and only share what's necessary to provide the service (for example, showing your username to athletes you support).
